So i basically been sleeping like 5,5-6 hours a day. I’m thinking about changing my sleep schedule to 7.5-8 hours and also improve my sleep quality by using bluelight filters + glasses during the evening, removing all tiny light sources from my room and darken the room out completely.

What are some benefits I can except from doing these changes? Does someone have other ideas how I could maximize my sleep even further?

*tryed ashwaganda for better sleep but it didnt work for me, I slept worse

growth hormone production, test production, overall better health

just take melatonin to make it easier

I used to struggle but now I get 9 hrs nightly. It’s all about ur diet, and relaxing an hour or two before bed in dark

i've heard supplementing magnesium glycinate helps. never tried it myself.

personally i relaxed like an hour or two before bed listening to some sorta slow asmr or reading, helped a lot. also avoided naps during the day.

More sleep (7.5–8 hours) improves muscle recovery makes fat loss easier through better hormone balance, boosts focus and improves your overall appearance.

To maximize this keep consistent sleep and wake times stop caffeine early, get morning light exposure and keep your room cool and completely dark these matter more than small optimizations.

Thanks for the advice bro, when do you stop eating and drinking before bed, I’ve heared that also affects sleep

Thank you for the detailed advice, can you define what you mean by stop caffeine early? Do you mean like a certain time before bed?

Stop caffeine about 8–10 hours before bed so if you sleep at 23:00 your last caffeine should be around 13:00–15:00 because it can still reduce deep sleep even if you fall asleep.

Yes it does. I have final meal way way before bed like 4 hours. And final water like 3 hours. U can have a tiny bit of water before but not much
