Looking for a good bimax surgeon for revision

Hello guys I’m seeking for a surgeon accepting revision cases and good at rotation like cw/ccw roll/pitch/yaw.
My precious surgeon fucked me up and did things I never agree on and now my face is assymetrical.
I was considering an American surgeon named Steven Sullivan in OK city but he is expensive af.
He worth the price or better to see another one ?

Any advices please ?

Sorry I forgot to mention that I’m not in USA !
im living in Europe, I consider USA because most surgeon in my country refuse my case.
i live in France with the best healthcare system but unfortunately not the best surgeons.

i consider surgeons worldwide but surgeons in Europe would be easier of course.
i want the best one able to fix me.
i need pitch ccw rotation, roll rotation and yaw rotation. I’m not sure most surgeon are able to do that.

I'd recommend staying in Europe, but am really only familiar with US surgeons. I'm sure others can help
