Just throw money at the problem and take a few things and fix your life. In reality, nootropics offer very limited gains compared to actual lifestyle changes. If you have lifestyle and everything else dialled in, it only really makes any sense then to squeeze out the extra few percentage difference nootropics would make.

I agree, which is why I’m trying so hard to make money and cut my parents off, they make my schedule horrible throwing random garbage at me to do, it’s impossible to focus or do deep work. I need to be around my phone 24/7 or they get mad. I’ll take your advice, make as much money as possible, move out and start upgrading my life. Thanks

I will say though anyone selling you noortroprics that claims you can increase IQ is full of it.

I wish there was an equivalent to steroids for the mind I've seen 90 IQ people take adderall they were more effective but they are still a 90 IQ person just a very focused one.

There are some drugs with long term effects that are better and ones that promote new neuron growth its debatable whether this can increase IQ but you will be able to learn faster more like a child can. But its still debatable whether this can effect IQ. Some of the drugs that promote neurogensis do appear to cause permanent brain growth meaning even when you stop you still have more brain matter

You can get some decent results just for diet lots of modern nootropics just correct problems with modern diets. But don't expect any insane results like 180 degree changes. Your not going to be boost your IQ 20 points.

Yeah Ritalin has major issues I wouldn't take it if you don't need it. But unlike adderall it won't cause brain damage long term its not neurotoxic on the same level or addictive/dependent

With stims there is always a catch you give something up but for some people its worth it. Neurogensis builds up over time and is a good effect

read the thread I sent. Exercise is the biggest natural one. They found exercising with weights and cardio (running) prevented brain aging and kept the brain younger longer.

Im somewhat healthy and when it comes to exercise im top prob top 30% but its just not enough. Ive maxed out my sleeping and stuff so I want more ways to improve my performance

Well then look into these and do your own research I wouldn't touch adderall or SSRIs those will get you results but it will have bad long term effects (neurotoxic and brain damage) Ritalin is safer and Modafinil I think never tried Mod tho.

Just don't fuck with adderall long term
