The red spots on my face are temporary( cut myself shaving )

My goal is to reach at least 4 PSL.I`m already considering doing orbital floor reconstruction for the assymetry,rhino and filler for dark circles.
What other surgeries would help me?

Is my eye asymmetry really bad?. It's only 2-3mm difference of orbital height but despite not being that obvious in the video(for me at least) i look deformed in photos.

Wish it was strabismus instead tbh.The orbits are asymmetric.Right eye is ~2mm higher and has neutral tilt while the left one has slight nct.The only way to fix this is reconstructive surgery where they cut a part/shave your supraorbital to create space for the eye and put an implant below to elevate it.Sadly the procedure is rarely performed and it can even result in blindness .I cope with it thinking it`s not that noticeable irl.

Nah.Just checked your pics and you`re far better looking than me.I think i`m frauding in the video as well because of the lighting .I look subhuman in any other lighting.
