Looking for a surgeon for upper orbital implants

It looks like I have an oddly shaped upper orbital rim which is causing too much upper eyelid exposure. Does anybody know a plastic surgeon who can correct this? I guess this would be considered orbital rim augmentation, but I'm not sure. I've already reached out to four surgeons without any luck. Apparently there is an option to use fillers, but I'd really like a more permanent solution.

Yes, I'm that guy. I did LL on tibias and femurs with LON. I'm not 6'2" though. I gained 4.5 inches.

Yikes! That's a bit much, but I think I can do it, especially if they accept payments (perhaps payments + deposit). This will be my last surgery anyway (and first facial surgery), unless I decide to eventually do a rhinoplasty to correct my slightly upturned nose. I think that's extremely minor though.

Ha ha! I did LL on tibias and femurs, and I lost a lot of weight during the process. I'm already up about 20 lbs though. I'm currently 150 lbs and would like to get to at least 170 lbs.

So I did some research and it looks like he's an excellent choice. I just thought of something though: These are customized facial implants, right? How do they obtain the dimensions? I still have nails in my legs from LL, so I couldn't do an MRI. I can probably get them removed in six months or so, so maybe it's not a big deal.

I was going to call today, but they're closed until tomorrow. It's the time difference.

I haven't specifically measured my tibias and femurs, but the tibia/femur ratio seemed to be about average to begin with (just by inspection), so lengthening each roughly equally would result in a normal ratio as well. I was more so concerned about my wingspan to height ratio. I was very short but had a wingspan of about 6 feet.

As for tibia or femur, assuming you have a normal tibia/femur ratio I always recommend people do the femurs. This is for several reasons: First, a large femur/tibia ratio is generally considered aesthetically pleasing. The soft tissues around the femur stretch more easily than those around the tibia, and the bone is also better perfused, so consolidation occurs more rapidly. You can also lengthen the femur more than the tibia, and it's less prone to complications.

All that said, I HIGHLY recommend going with an internal method.

I may try this if I can't get the funds for the surgery within a reasonable amount of time. That's what I'm working on now. I make good money, but I'm already in debt due to LL.

Will you be able to exercise / play sports after healing from LL?

Yes, assuming there are no complications. My lengthening for each segment was also fairly conservative (5.5 cm on tibias and 6 cm on femurs).

They also sent me a photoshopped "after" photo if anybody's interested.

i have the same i use botox it lowers my eyebrows so i get permahooding

there is no supra surgery. Eppley can't put implants below your brow ridge. He can't even put a good implant above the brow ridge, most of his brow ridge implants look like dolphins and this is why patients remove them

I think he’s talking about the orbitals. The whole point of this surgery is to get more compact orbitals. Eppely just sticks a implant over the browridge which doesn’t do shit for the orbitals
