• 21 years celtic and south East Asian mix
• Bf 16-18%
• Tooth extractions (death) + braces in the past
• Wide palette

Need an assessment on the extent of my maxilla and mandible recession

• Likely lower jaw recession as I get some chin shadowing from overhead lighting
• Tears troughs
• Slight scleral show
• Think I need some CCW or forward growth in general but idk if it’s just Asian genetics cucking me
• Bad Mandibular folds from certain lighting
• Some asymmetries and could use wider lips

Advice

• Wondering abt recommended surgeries/orthodontic appliances or if they’re even necessary at all
• Was thinking infraorbital implants + genio
• OR bimax (or just lefort 1 or mandibular advancement individually)
