looking for dry skin fixes

my skin is hella dry and flaky esp in the morning after a nights sleep throughout my scalp and face and body and literally makes like 0 oils. i dont use any skincare products anymore and i consume hella animal based fats alongside a good diet plus great hydration. not sure whats wrong w my skin.

ps products like oils dont work as well and leave my skin oily and flaky, moisturizers do work but i want to get to the internal cause of this thanks

don't think so. def not to that extent. I don't get any redness or bumps. just super dry and flaky w a lack of natural oils
