I consider myself (incurably) LTN.
I know surgerymax will never take me nowhere near HTN/handsome level alas, but I still plan to do it (so when I rope, which I seriously envision in the next three years, I can proudly say I tried everything).

For those I've DM:


What do you think are my biggest failos? What surgery/softmax would you recommend?

• I have a budget of 110-120k.

• I just started undergoing a bimax, am currently wearing Invisalign and should have a genioplasty in 7-8 months.

• I would like to avoid invasive implants as much as possible. I don’t mind paranasal or cheekbone implant (are they even noticeable, though?), but I’d rather not undergo chin or jaw implant. I don't like fillers either.

• On a side note, I have chronic insomnia so I always have the sleep-deprived flaws. Is there any artificial way to debloat and not look so drawn? Like a comprehensive facelift?

I'm interested in your advice. Also don't refrain from recommending actual surgeons too (besides maybe Sailer, because he really charges too much). TY in advance

You’re mtn bro you’re only slightly recessed as well it’s not very noticeable outside side view.
Id say biggest failo is how small your lips are. My lips are huge so I never researched how to get bigger ones but maybe try volufine and if that doesn’t work get a lip lift?

honestly i’d take things one step at a time, facial features balanced each other out, I would consider rhino but genio might solve that anyways
