You are making a mistake op, high class is mostly a matter of facial features (some are very attractive and some are not) and not appearence level, you can be very attractive and still look low class for example.
Likewise you can wear a 1000$ suit and still look low class.
Pheno is important but again features are more important, Ramirez looks high class here despite his mexican pheno mostly because of his high-set zygos :

- Longish/Long midface (unironically)
- Thin Nose
- Hooked Nose (though it depends)
- Anecdotically wide/above average IPD can look high class/majestic
