We are now at the point that shoving products in the face of people is no longer the sensible route to success. Years of capitalism have made people become sick of being sedated with more and more products, such that the selling point simply isn't there anymore. No one cares about the new Iphone anymore; although having an iPhone is a pre-requisite to certain social circles, a popular sentiment is that Apple (and other tech companies) are simply shipping out the "same shit every year" now.
The new socio-economic paradigm will be more akin to "attentionalism"; in which consumer attention is the closest thing to social currency. The things most valued in society will be precisely things that money cannot buy (which marks the paradigm shift); things that are in a sense "sacred". Incredible beauty, artistic ability, deep and valuable knowledge, exceptional character and "coolness" are to name a few. Money cannot buy these things in their authentic state; the 60 year old billionaire doesn't have access, simply by paying, to the depths of authentic love and validation that a young, beautiful woman would give have a man like Delon or Gandy; a billionaire-young woman relationship is deeply transactional at its roots.
This will especially become apparent once electricity production becomes cheaper and we externalise more and more of our lives digitally (which I believe will happen). Economic changes will warp the use of fiat currencies and their current use will no longer be valuable. Of course, currencies can be replaced, but the way in which they are used will seriously change.
Lookism provides an example of how money is being used differently already. Anyone who is serious here knows that money is cope with regards to attracting women now, some argue that this was always the case. Any new paradigm which replaces an old one necessarily relies upon energy to facilitate the shift and this energy usually comes from youth. This is why young women value looks way more than older women, who have grown to be more conservative will be willing to settle for a careermaxxed normie, which is safe and works in the old, capitalistic paradigm. The 18 year old girl dreams of the chad in her city, not the 25 year old MTN who earn 100k from software engineering; this is the KEY point. The betabuxx, who only offers his paycheck and is eventually settled for, is not seriously respected and can even be the participator in a dead bedroom or be cheated on; this is commonly stated on this forum. What isn't stated much is that the musician or artist is respected provided he is of a decent looks threshold, even if he doesn't have money. What the musician/artist has is similar to what the man of high looks level has; something of value beyond money, "sacred" in the sense that money cannot stain it.
If you're under 25 and want to succeed in life, you must possess things that have high attentional value because the paradigm shift will properly begin to occur during your working life. You are early in the sense that you are already aware of looksmaxxing, but you need to looksmaxx seriously, become deeply knowledgeable in something specific but valuable (of your choice) and adopt an artistic style if you want to ascend the level of wagie.
Let me give an example to conclude: Let's say you looksmaxx; you gymmaxx to have an aesthetic body and drastically improve your face. You become an embodiment of aesthetics. Meanwhile, you become well versed in anthropology, theology and philosophy, and I mean well versed. A young man doesn't want just a nerd, skinny, acne-faced philosophy lecturer, but they want a chad philosophy teacher who actually embodies the topics he discusses, has real life experience and fills the void of that they have missing in their lives because their father didn't provide it. Why do they want this? Because it is authentic and has deep archetypal roots that are beyond the scope of this post. Many young men will not be paying for a philosophy degree, where they will be inundated with inept philosophy traditions and feminism, when they can get your two year course which features 1 on 1 sessions, important guest speakers, a community of students etc for $4000.
This is already happening, so you have to get with it.
