for most people it's their bones and its just over before it started, but if it's a soft tissue problem "looksmaxxing" (really just getting healthy, tan , and lean) can help someone's appearance a noticeable amount.

How? When you on the road to NW2+ it will help you. Whe you have acne it will help you.

If you mean that it won’t change anything that wasn’t there before (like surgery will) then you’re right (physique is the exception tho)
