You're a kid dude.

Be healthy, go into a mild calorie deficit to lose fat by eating healthier and cutting out junk food, and being more active (playing ball with your friends, etc.). Sleep 8-9 hours a night.

Come back in a year or two when you're more mature

I have been doing all of these I eat healthy many meats raw milk cheese low salt high potassium running I’m very good at soccer and football so I do that and biking but I need more

I’m very desperate and I need help I got accused of stalking jus because of my looks

If you lost weigh you could be a good-looking prettyboy my guy.

If you really want advice, I'd say:
- Get in the gym, make sure to train your neck
- Curl your eyelashes
- Dye your eyebrows jet-black.

No need to be in a rush.

True, eating super healthy and exercising will do a lot.
