I need an answer for this with people who experienced it
For example if you lose weight(mainly fat) with 800-1300 calorie deficit per day, would your hyoid/double chin, cheeks and face be more sunken?
The deficit will be compromised of 600 food deficit and rest with walking, not like eating 1000 calories a day
