I’ve learned this as I’ve gotten older. Looks are obviously most important, but money and status aren’t as meaningful as they once were. Of course you can’t be absolutely penniless and living with your parents at 35. But if you’re attractive, can make a woman laugh, and can fuck a woman well and often, I think that you’ll have more success than a rich guy whose insufferable to be around and lays shitty pipe.

I don’t know man, as long as you have enough money to support yourself and go on dates I really think money is overstated. I think more women in their 20s would rather get fucked good in a one bedroom apartment than have shitty sex in a mansion.
