I was never like this before discovering looks theory lol. When I was younger, I had low self confidence and always thought girls who were into me were just joking around smh. It wasn't until I got into highschool and had chicks trynna make moves on me in the first few days when I finally started to realize "hmmm.. maybe I am a bit attractive". And Discovering Looks theory like 2 years ago pretty much solidified that lol. So now I'm like the polar opposite, to some extent. I find myself checking out myself in the mirror more. It's weird to see that the same facial features I thought were "unattractive" are the same ones that women find attractive on me. For example, I always thought my thick eyebrows were a flaw but obviously they make me look more masculine and dominant. One of the main compliments I get are about my eyes/eye area. So damn, I feel like it kinda made me more self centered and feel like I can do and say more things with confidence knowing that I can get away with it. And when I look back at my interactions in my younger days, it made me realize that maybe that's why everyone was always cool with me, despite me being introverted. In highschool, I was that quiet "cool kid" who people wanted to hang around, despite not talking to alot of people. I had some football and basketball players trying to hang with and acting cool around me and shit and I wasn't even sporty. I was a gamer back then lol. Shit is weird to think about now after all these years that maybe it had to do with me looking dominant/masculine in the face.
