problem is you have absolutely no jaw.. so your upper face and especially your big nose will appear more prominent. but you still look extremely young, so either you will grow some jaw in the next years or you have inject hgh. but yeah, rhinomaxxx is good, if you can grow a beard definitely beardmaxxx, also look at your hairline and if you see a further recession hop on dut asap that's the only tips I can give you for now. you can also try to put some hydrocortisol on your nose to slim it a bit
