You have to be able to defend your reputation and be "cool" at essentially all times if someone doesnt know you well
you can be a solid 6'3, jacked, 8/10, but doing something like shitting yourself or burping very loudly whilst your in public trying to talk to someone will ruin your chances no matter how good you look really unless you look insane to the point it offshoots it
I think money matters too cause even if your a lame dork if your parked next to your lamborghini your always gonna be seen higher on the social ladder, but thats too out of reach
so trying to prevent being lame, embarrassing yourself and essentially try to fix some parts of your character will make a big difference, stand taller, dont be too shy, dont be too obnoxious, respect people, be kind etc dont make fun of yourself etc
Also if your already known as a super loser dork somewhere like in school, itll be difficult too change peoples perspective of you, so moving and starting a new image is big too
