Hey,
I’m still going through puberty, and my bone age (from a left wrist X-ray) is estimated to be around 14–15.
I’m mainly interested in anything related to:
- facial development
- bone structure
- posture
- height growth
- jawline / forward growth
- hormones / optimization
- habits that can positively affect appearance during puberty
I’d appreciate serious advice from people who actually know what they’re talking about.

Because of that, I’m wondering if there are things or exercices I can still do to maximize my growth and overall facial/body development while I’m still developing — even more extreme or “hardmaxxing” methods if they’re actually effective.
