Hey,

I’m still going through puberty, and my bone age (from a left wrist X-ray) is estimated to be around 14–15.

Because of that, I’m wondering if there are things or exercices I can still do to maximize my growth and overall facial/body development while I’m still developing — even more extreme or “hardmaxxing” methods if they’re actually effective.​

I’m mainly interested in anything related to:
- facial development
- bone structure
- posture
- height growth
- jawline / forward growth
- hormones / optimization
- habits that can positively affect appearance during puberty

I’d appreciate serious advice from people who actually know what they’re talking about.

AAS and SOME peptides. Posture and so on you should look into some stuff on google idrk, I just hang upside down and shit now and then. Look into orthodontics if u got any issues there.

Keep a balanced diet. Focus on both macro and micronutrients. Sleep well. Dont sit on ur ass 24/7.

Boron, use carefully no risks off it but have to be used with a good schedule
Zma
Lactoferrin
Calcium pills if u aren’t getting enough calcium from foods drinks already (1000-1300mg)
