Myofunctional orthodontics is already becoming mainstream, I could probably be htn if my parents took action during my childhood for my obvious skeletal malocclusion, I think gen alpha is already advantaged by that knowledge

But I think it will take until the next generation or 2 for peptides and possibly even roids to become accepted interventions for development

It will become a no brainer for the elites and slowly be adopted by the middle class when they notice the obvious advantages
