I will do something more elaborate in the future.

1. Check your hormones at the doc and get trt.
2. Workout pplx2 a week
3. Skin care, in the morning cleanser vit c serum, moisturizer. In the evening cleanser, aloe vera gel, moisturizer.
4. Hair mask 2x a week with argan oil.
5. Suppléments max, vit c, multi vitamin, collagen and proteine powder.
6. Castor oil on eyebrows and eye lashes every night.
7. Stretch maxing for good posture.
8. NECK MAXING
9.exofliate and moisturizer body
10. OIL puling on teeth and withen your teeth with black charocal tooth paste at night.
11.Chew 1h hour a day hard gum
