I am 17y and a half year old and i find myself chopped as shit and wanne become way better looking i need every help possible the 16 october i have a chat with someone that does rhino and mse surgery’s because i also cant breath trough my nose so i also do mouth breathing give my evere hardmaxing/softmaxing and even nutrition maxing so i maybe can become way better looking also my maxilla is a problem and i ask myself if mse even will help it also my lips are dry and small so please help

Bimax + Jaw Angle Implants potentially Genioplasty if your jutting in the side pick. Don’t even bother with obo way too risky. Stick with upper eye and under eye fat grafting. For UEA and negative under eye vector. Not sure if marpe is the right call for you unless you plan Jaw surgery anyway. Because MARPE seems to cause a maxillary drop making your infraorbital region even worse.
