Looksmaxing tips for me (from soft to hard)

I am starting my looksmaxing journey. Please offer any advice you have from soft skincare to hard filler/implants/eye surgery. Try to keep it rational and avoid 'muh curry over' since I am based in curryland only. Also share some safe skin lightening products. Also discuss whether shortening the earlobes to turn it into attached earlobe will help by making ramus more visible?
