Haven't posted in a while here but I've been busy doing stuff irl for the time being. Here's a list of the stuff I've been either doing or reading up on recently:

Skin
I already posted a guide on skincare: https://looksmax.org/threads/guide-on-achieving-model-tier-skin.430153/

However since then I've been adding new tools to my routine.
  • Started off with 0.01% tretinoin, changed it up to 0.025% after 2 months and now recently to 0.1%

  • Started a tanning routine:
    • I visit the sunbed salon biweekly for just a few minutes each session during cold season. Short enough to not cause big damage but just enough combined with my other tools to get a healthy tan
    • Got Melanotn. Wanted to order 2 but only could get it in injection form so ended up ordering 1 nasal spray. I use it very conservatively, only with the purpose of having a nice skin during winter
    • Along with oral caretenoid tablets (beta carotene & lycopene), I've incorporatated carrot oil into my routine. I use it before tanning
  • Went down the makeup rabbithole. I already used BB / CC cream since autumn, but have been reading up on the more potent stuff.
    • Started using concealer
    • Experimented with lots of foundation products (+ primers). It was (is) a lot of trial and error but I already start to get the intuition to choose the good stuff. Only got called out on it once (it was due to it's smell). I've tried out matte and beige ones too, they are very good. Makes me look like a faceapp smoothskin morph irl
      https://looksmax.org/threads/matte-foundation-is-the-eight-wonder-of-the-world.461260/
  • Striae removal. Got a few, and although they are at barely noticable places (armpits) and girls wouldn't seem to be bothered by them, my OCD dictates me to smooth them out with laser treatment. Already come in contact with a private clinic where they would get it done. They were delayed by covid, but will get it done before summer
Hair
  • Made a routine out of formaldehide-free keratin treatment on my hair. Originally got it done to get straight hair but kept staying for the shiny and strong hair follicles it gave me. Plan on getting it every 3-6 months in the future

  • Kept getting growing out my (now straight) hair to cover my wide cheekbones on the sides

  • I researched the whole hairstyling scene in the city and started attending a master barber who cuts the hair of local celebrities. Shit isn't cheap but worth every penny. The dude is the first barber I know who seem to have a knowledge on facial aesthetics (ratios etc.). Got this haircut last time

    2794500 1647304992687

  • Also got 3 different shades of dark blond highlights into my (dark brown) hair for peacocking purposes. Can recommend it to anyone over a certain looks level, as it lets you stand out from the crowd of plain brunettes but without the failo of natural blond hair

    15-bring-more-volume-and-dimension-to-your-pompadour-with-chestnut-highlights-on-dark-hair.jpg

  • Read up on everything hair related. Built myself a mini barber salon at home with all kinds of tools ranging from all kinds of brushes to a high performance hair blower
Eye area
  • I already have been getting my eyebrows dyed dark brown and eyelashes black biweekly by my cosmetician, but started using waterproof mascara on both of them too. Got a mini brush to style my eyebrows. I still use castor oil overnight to stick the hair onto my skin but stopped minoxidil. THe latter's alcohol content made my skin shed

  • Worked on lessening upper eyelid exposure without getting fillers, with success:
    • Eye muscle training. Made up a theory that UEE might be majorly cause by our modern, tech gadget filled lifestyle. To combat the great amount of staring close (at screens), I take the time to stare for a few minutes into the distance too. I combine it with focused eye muscle training
    • Ice hooding
    • Eyelid pulling
    • Increasing alertness. I now always take melanotan to be well rested and whenever I go out, I megadose on caffeine
  • Practiced squinting a lot. Now I can do it instinctively like actors, without looking forced
Lower third
  • Backed down from IPLing my face just yet. Instead been epilating and my facial hair definitely got weaker because of that
    https://looksmax.org/threads/im-about-to-start-my-ipl-permanent-facial-hair-removal-tomorrow.417762/

  • Continued chewing like my life depends on it: https://looksmax.org/threads/my-lower-third-training-routine.437193/
    • Tried out mastic gum. Not impressed, quite pricy but doesn't offer more than regular sugar free chewing gum in terms of results. STarted ordering Falim gum from TUrkey and I chew on whenever I'm free to do so
    • Ordered cheap jawline exercisers from aliexpress. THey get the job done just like Jawliner or CHisell but cost a fraction of them. Gonna stick witht them

      3231
  • Focused on estabilishing mind - muscle connection between my jaw muscles. Like with squinting, I can now hold proper oral posture without having to focus on it

  • Incorporated further exercises into my neck training, paired with progressive overload. Yet to try out neck bridges :hnghn:
Body
  • Followed my upper / lower body split workout routine, but been focusing more on boxing for cardio instead of sprinting during the off season.
    https://looksmax.org/threads/how-i-...aturally-my-detailed-exercise-routine.431952/

I left behind all ambition of weight numbers. I started to ditch heavy exercises that are taxing on both the central nervous system and joints (like squats, deadlifts etc.) and instead been focusing on longevity and sustainability. My only goal is aesthetics and I don't need to lift heavy for that

  • Nutrition:
    • Continued with my custom made carnivore diet: https://looksmax.org/threads/my-diet.421718/
As of now, almost all food I ate is organic. I researched the places I can get my stuff from. My eggs are homegrown by my mother's colleague, I get fresh raw milk daily from the farmer's market and the meat comes from a local farm. I get the highest quality of food now because I believe what you eat is what you are

    • Eating a ton of eggs lately, 10-12 a day. The retarded amount of cholesterol + saturated fat combined with Melanotn and my newly bought Cialis is giving my constant raging boners. I didn't actively forced myself into it, but as it stand now, I only fapped like 3 times in 2022 and haven't watched any porn whatsoever. My endogenous dopamine levels are through the roof

      Biosynthesis-of-17b-Testosterone-Cholesterol.png
  • Although I halted IPL hair removal on my face for now, I've been doing it at full speed on my body. My ass will be soon completely hairless, followed by my legs. I researched where I can buy an IPL device for home to get it done on the remaining bodyparts (that are accesible doing it myself)

    harborttagning-man-3.jpg
Exterior
  • About to buy a brand new iPhone

  • Got silver necklaces and watches for peacocking

  • Estabilished a very sharp dressing style by mostly wearing monochrome clothes, lots of full black outfits

  • Got elevator boots. I already used shoelifts on occasions where height is crucial (clubs, presentations, formal events etc.) but being built into the shoe is much
more convenient. As of now, I only have a pair of elevator chelsea & chukka boots, but might buy more if I can find NT looking (slight) height increasing shoes

    ChBr2_600x.jpg

  • Started browsing fragrantica.com 's fragrance forum. I've already been using mainstream fragrances like Paco Rabanne's 1 million and Versace Eros for a long time, but recently started to look into niche ones with scents best matching my personality. Fortunately one of my real life friends is a looksmaxxer who knows everything about smell, who guided me into the world of Arabic perfumes.
Social
  • Befriended multiple club promoters from my uni. Thinking about becoming one as the job seems fun as a side gig

  • Joined multiple student clubs, both professional and casual

  • The enrollment season for the local version of frats soon starts and I have a huge chance of getting admitted as I have been befriending their members the whole school year

You can never wear makeup without people seeing it. If I see a guy outside wearing BB cream I'll notice right away, so a foundation is even worse lol

Does tretinoin really works for wrinkles?
It helps with prevention if used as a proper skincare routine. If the wrinkles are already formed, that’s another ballgame tho, best to prevent them by using it early

I'm assuming this is used topically? What does it do?
That’s right, I spread the oil on myself before tanning. It amplifies the results. Combined with beta carotene / lycopene and melanotan, I can get away with very little actual time spent in the sunbed

What the fuck
Mastic gum (assuming you bought legit one) is literally at least 5-10 times harder than normal gum and even superior to falim gum
Its harder than any gum i ever tried including falim and is comparable to the chisell regular bite (medium/standard version).
You probably got scammed:feelshah:

Where is the hair maxxing guide I’m still waittinngggg
Make it good and rlly in depth i would rlly appreciate it

Is mascara not super obvious? My eyelashes would like take up half my face if I wear mascara. How do you pull it off discreetly.

You can never wear makeup without people seeing it. If I see a guy outside wearing BB cream I'll notice right away, so a foundation is even worse lol

Btw did you do keratin treatment yourself at home or did you get it in a salon?

Tf are you talking about? I am instantly able to tell if a girl is wearing even slight makeup or not wearing anything :lul:. Girl not wearing ANY makeup stand out in the crown as they are quite rare.

Furthermore, girls wearing makeup since years they are more trained than guys to notice someone wearing makeup

  • Although I halted IPL hair removal on my face for now, I've been doing it at full speed on my body. My ass will be soon completely hairless, followed by my legs. I researched where I can buy an IPL device for home to get it done on the remaining bodyparts (that are accesible doing it myself)

What percent trentinoin should I use? Do I have to start small or why are you adjusting the % from 0.01 to 0.025 to 0.1? What's the difference between them? What's the best for preventing wrinkles?

The higher the concentration of the tretinoin product, the more effective it is against wrinkle prevention / premature aging but also has more chance for potential side effects

Although they are not common, I would advise starting with 0.01% to test how you react to it. Then build it up from there if you don’t experience anything bad

Not gonna lie I got really lucky as it turned out there’s a red lamp factory in the country so I contacted them to ask about their products

Otherwise I would recommend amazon but have to be careful with the wavelength as thats the whole point of it

I wrote about it around post #25

You want to make sure to buy one which sits at red light range (around 700NM). You don’t want to go above 1000NM (infrared), as that doesn’t help with collagen production and other supposed skin benefits of a red light lamp

Wattage doesnt matter, 100-200 W its all good

So basically just build up to as high a percentage as you can if you don't notice side effects?

Yup

Potential side effects of tretinoin include:

  • A warmth or stinging sensation
  • Red, scaling or dry skin
  • A temporary increase in acne lesions
  • Lightening or darkening of your skin
  • Blisters, crusting and skin swelling
  • Pain, burning, redness or flakiness

About body hair, is it ideal to be fully hairless or a little hair on the chest and hands is considered ideal?

All of this all to maybe get a Becky with 200 bodycount

Did you major in something meme like liberal arts? :hnghn:

no.. I do a ‘legit’ degree but any subject outside of medicine is so saturated, literally any retard can get a degree. I don’t even try and pass well on everything. university is a total joke. once you have had your share of partying and getting pussy , the novelty wears off and u realise ur stuck in poverty for 3 years. but im too far im too drop out.

But what’s the alternative? Some trades do pay well but a lot of them are taxing on the body, plus only really worth it if you can set up your own business

Hey man, how is the journey of improving the eye area going? Have you managed to decrease the UEE with Ice Hooding or Eyelid pulling?
