1. Daily chewing routine:
- 2 x 15 minutes of Jawliner (in the morning + evening)
I’ve tried out both Jawliner, Chisell and cheap Aliexpress variants and they all seem to be the same tbh

When my current expert level Jawliner breaks I’m gonna order a cheap variant of it from China


- chewing gum whenever I can (few hours a day)
I buy a 25 piece pac of sugarfree Orbit, chew it a bit then put it into the fridge overnight to harden. Then I chew it for around a week then throw it away and get a new one

2. Neck training
2x a week this:

3. Things I keep an eye on
  • Hard mewing for ideal tongue position
  • Holding proper posture
  • Correct swallowing technique
  • Always nosebreathing
  • Always sleeping on my back

4. Nutrition
+ don’t forget to supplement lost electrolytes back

  • I don’t salt my food, I rely on the naturally occuring amount in my food
    To minimise water retention by lowering sodium intake

i should prolly train neck but i feel its already large enough and lowkey dont wanna get sleep apnea/breathing issues by the time im 18 lmao

Side sleeping is the absolute best sleep position

  • Back sleeping can lead to the tongue falling back into the throat (sleep apnea)
  • Back sleeping leads to sleep paralysis
  • Stomach sleeping leads to unsymmetrical jaws
  • Stomach sleeping causes sleep apnea because the jaws can’t close
  • Side sleeping is king

I was chewing like 5 hours a day but got giga bloated

Like for the overdone thread. Do you think doing neck extension besides neck curls only really makes a difference? I train my neck 1 day on / 1 off with 1 rest day in the week btw.

My lower third changed 17-19 a lot and never did whatever you’re doing

I've just checked those videos of Nikita and in my opinion it looks like classic fat loss and better angles/lighting when taking photos. He already had a good base, he just needed to lose fat and enhance the contrast through hollow cheeks.

I took a screenshot of one of the before/after frames and superimposed the before on top of the after at 60% opacity:

Literally the same, just less fat. He had already a very good jawline, it was just hidden. Maybe not the best chin projection but most people don't over-analyze this stuff anyway.

With that said, I'm not disregarding mewing. Educating people about tongue posture is extremely important for multiple reasons, like to maintain face support while aging, but it will not cause any particular bone mass growth or reconfiguration unless you are still in development.

Yeah once I’m done with chewing for the day I properly wash my gum with hot water (just like the Jawliner), then put it into the fridge for night. Use it for a few days / a week then buy another pack
