Let me get straight to the point. I'm a 185cm tall male, 140lbs (68kg), and I have some muscle mass, but I want to build a lot of muscle. But I'm worried that if I build muscle, I'll probably end up looking like a monkey with a puffy, acne-prone face. So, how can I combine the two? (Side question: can I use ashwagandha?)

I think you need to stop asking low level questions and do your own research.

Btw your physique looks good.

Acne does not correlate to building muscle idk where you got that from, maybe from hormones slightly. Sweat, uncleanliness, hormones, roids, stress, poor sleep can cause acne.

Idk about ashwaganda can’t help u there.

But your answer is ofc to lean bulk.

And your main weakness physique-wise right now is your clavicles and bideltoid length, as the posters above alr said.
 
However if u wanna build a lot of muscle, you’ll need to actually bulk, which will cause a bloated face, but shouldn’t cause acne.
