Let me get straight to the point. I'm a 185cm tall male, 140lbs (68kg), and I have some muscle mass, but I want to build a lot of muscle. But I'm worried that if I build muscle, I'll probably end up looking like a monkey with a puffy, acne-prone face. So, how can I combine the two? (Side question: can I use ashwagandha?)
