i have OCD
technically being OCD just means that you have a very fragile ego and feel the need to control everyone and everything around you, hence the so called OCD compulsive acts like flipping a lightswitch 20 times(just another act of controlling the lightswitch to an extreme degree)

they could rename OCD to fragile ego syndrome and it would make more sense

We people with OCD also dont want to participate in things unless we know with high certainty that we will be the best at doing that thing and not be outshined by anyone, thus being in control

now obviously in regards to looksmaxing, being OCD also means that you will never be satisfied with how you look ever, and always have chronically high ego /low self esteem
