Tbh I used to think it’s an overnight stuff where you do something and you changed significantly but it’s not
Even if you use Tretinoin for example you have to put it on everyday for minimum 5-6 months
If you want to put on muscle and stay lean minimum 5 months of consistenr and even then you may put only 5 pounds it depends
I always worked out for 1 month or mounts and a half maybe put on a bit of muscle then quit for 2-3 weeks and then again for 3 weeks then quitting and quitting doesn’t work like that tbh

so imagine doing all these consistently with no exception for 6 Months

1.Sleep and Good Sleep cycle for 6 months everyday no day missing 8-9h sleep drink 3-4 l daily everyday
2.Putting on tret everyday for 6 Months without missing a day or doing some shit where you don’t put it on for week
3.Lifting and adjusting your program every month so your body adapts again consiststeny without missing a workout for 6 Months consistently doesn’t matter what happens it you keep going
4.TRT 150-200mg weekly every week 1x
5.Meditating for 5 Min Every day
6.Not fapping or watching porn for 6 Months

i agree. many here are focused on youthmaxxing using skin creams. while you should look after your skin, my focus is on having a low biological age, lower than my chronological age

It's not as long term as you think. If you wait until you're 30 to start talking to women, it's already OVER for you.

The earlier you start the better, though if you're obese you're better off cutting before talking to women.

And if you're average, you're best off focusing on the women who are below average because they will be much easier for you.

Even just being able to have sex with uglier girls is still better than nothing at all. If you're just focusing on looksmaxxing and you're average or better, you're wasting your youth.

You'll regret it when you become an oldcel. Looksmaxxing makes no sense when you don't care about sex.

It's not just about the sex, it's about the experience. One important thing that I have realized recently is that most of the fetishes that are developed through porn are only enjoyable when jerking off to porn, so if you try it in real life, you won't necessarily like it as much.

This is because porn is fake, not only in the acting, but also in the way that the pornstars have sex and what they do to each other most of the time. The only thing that is realistic is the normal sex and even then, it's not perfectly realistic because it wouldn't happen that way in real life.

The biggest regret that I have since 2015 is that I spent my life glued to a screen wasting my time on the internet or on video games, movies or tv shows when I could have instead met people in real life, done real sports in real life and had real sex instead of jerking off to people doing it on a screen.

The main problem that we have in our society nowadays is that people are heavily disconnected from each other because of technology, and it is making people more depressed, sadder, and it is making the world as a whole much worse.

That is why I said that you will regret it later on.

It doesn't matter what your goals are, you may not care about sex at all, but you will still care about being in a relationship with a woman that you love and who loves you also and that provides much more value than porn, or any other form of technology could ever provide.

Here is a very interesting excerpt from one of my favorite books:

“The only thing that matters in life is other humans.”

The reason why is two fold.

1. It makes financial planning incredibly simple

and

2. It makes people have the happiest life possible.

At first glance it may not be obvious how my second most important bit of advice can simplify your financial planning and give you eternal happiness, but the trick is to understand why other humans are the only thing that matters in life.

Consider two items.

The most advanced Xbox entertainment system
and
a human.

No matter how advanced Microsoft makes its latest Xbox console, in the end that device is finite. It is limited. It can only interact with humans in a way OTHER HUMANS have programmed it. It is incapable of thought, having an opinion, or making independent decisions. It is also incapable of humor, wit, charm, love, irony and adoration. In the end, the most you can do is play it as far as its human programming has allowed it to be played. Beyond that, there is nothing else it offers to you. The human on the other hand is mentally infinite, it is dynamic, it is capable of independent and sentient thought and is unlimited in the way it can interact with you. Humans are also able to cut a joke, make you crack a smile, make you fall in love, make you adore somebody and reciprocate feelings. Because of this humans are by far the most interesting, engaging, and valuable thing on the planet. And no matter how far science advances, no material item will ever be able to replace the interactivity, complexity, and limitlessness of a human. However, there is a key additional advantage humans have over material items that has huge ramifications for financial planning: They’re free.

This is the greatest news possible for anybody interested in financial planning because it tells you the most important thing in life is FREE.

The Xbox one? $500.
The F 22 Raptor plane? $150 million.
The Ferrari F430? $125,000.

A human being capable of infinite thought, engagement, challenge, emotion and humor? Free.

Because of this, financial planning is infinitely simplified because if you look at what the majority of humans spend the majority of their money on it is unnecessary and unneeded crap material items that come nowhere near to rivaling the value, engagement and happiness humans can deliver.

The only time that your looks matter is when you're trying to attract women.

If we didn't need to worry about attracting women, then we could neglect our appearance while keeping basic hygiene and we would do just as well at work and our life would not be any worse.

Good looks don't do anything except allow you to attract a higher quantity and a higher quality of women. So for someone who doesn't care about women, they shouldn't care about improving their looks, they should only focus on their health since that is what defines how long and how well you will live the rest of your life.

Cope, i joined in October and i have already done the following :

-Icehooding(practically made my UEE disappear)
-Neckmaxxing
-Tanmaxxing (reduced sun exposure+Beta - carotene)
-Medium length haircut instead of short hair failo
-Body recomposition: By FAR the most important, I managed to lose fat (from 20 % to like 13% ATM, still on it though) and gain mass in underdeveloped areas (back, specially delts, and forearms)

Currently working on some other shit aswell.

And all of this in barely more than half a year, if you need years to see results you are either a subhuman or a lazy fuck, or maybe both.
