Just thought I’d put this here. I’m not asking for a rate just wanted to show others here that it is possible to improve. This is from 14-18 btw. I still am not lean(about 17% bf rn), My excuse for that is I broke my foot some months back and that kind of put me back some… anyways I’m not done yet is what I’m trying to say.

What are you currently using?
I would start Bimatoprost and oral minox
Also estriol and Hydroquinone depending on how rough your scarring is

Thx, I’ll have to look into all of that. I already bought topical minoxidil(ik ik oral is better already bought topical too late now). I’m probably gonna laser my face for the scarring that’s left. In the future I’m also planing to get surgery. Some implants and fat graft and what not.

You can take the topical orally if you measure it out
I dont beleive ingesting micro amounts of propylene glycol daily has much of an affect on your stumach over time
If you took about 0.1ml daily youd be fine

Idk sounds real sketchy, think I might just buy oral after I’m done with the topical that I bought. Should only last a month anyway.

The only issue is accurate measuring
All that its suspended in is propylene glycol (nontoxic in small dosages) and alcohol (obviously nontoxic so long as its NOT denatured)

buying topical and ingesting is cheaper with basically no sides its just saving money

also just make sure youre dosing correctly with a syringe or wtv

Orifarm Forte, 50mg/ml. Idk if that’s good or bad but it was the only choice in my region and I don’t have time to wait for delivery from china

A single beer has 60x more ethanol than 0.1ml of ur minox

nice you can try measuring out like 0.05mL (2.5mg) or 0.1mL (5mg) i do recommend dosing at the lower end to start out but do what you want just be careful to not take too much you can even try 0.05mL twice a day if you want

just be careful of heart or blood pressure related sides do some research
