I got very paranoid due to getting too many dms on how to do this method and I got scared someone might fuck up and do some serious damage to their skull and I get blamed for it cause yall really be asking the dumbest questions. Please do not do this if you are low IQ and are prone to fucking up as this is probably the most intense facepulling method out there since you use your body weightt and your arm strength to pull your face forward and up.
