Lol, I tried measuring Li's middle thirds, but got into a problem
When measuring them, you gotta go from the hairline to the middle of the eyebrows, but where the fuck is the middle of the eyebrows? Hers are extremely tilted
If I go to the lower part of them, then her face is proportional in all thirds, if I go to the actual middle of them, then you're right and she has a tall middle third

Imo if someone has some top tier features (in her case eye area) you can get away with lack of proportions. Orb has something similar going on with him. His eye area is so good it makes his narrow bigonial width look more exotic and anime character like.

I can't morph or else i would. But imo if you make her mouth position a little bit higher while keeping the overall face length same (hence giving a more shorter midface and philtrum and taller chin) her face would look more harmonious.
