Hi so this is me at the moment.im pretty happy with my physique and all and i was wondering if anyone had some tips on how to loose facial fat or to debloat.all ive been doing recently is spamming bananas and need some proper help. 16 and 5,11 btw

Hola, así soy yo en este momento. Estoy bastante feliz con mi físico y todo, y me preguntaba si alguien tenía algunos consejos sobre cómo perder grasa facial o deshinchar. Se puede ver que tienes asimetría facial en la parte de la mandíbula ponte braquets y si no los necesitas empieza a masticar más del otro lado que no usas de tu mandíbula
