I've already gotten surgery and softmaxxed and still ugly, like 3 PSL at most. Next step is bimax, which will take 1 year of preparation. Even then it's risky since there's a chance it could descend me and if successful will bring me up to 3.5 PSL at most. I would need jaw + midface implants to reach 4 PSL.
