Losing facial fat may increase PFL

Derek from MPMD ( brutal NCT tho), because fat doesnt drag his eyes down anymore his PFL has increased?
Gonial also seems to have improved

nah, but it can improve es ratio cause the fat can make your face horizontallt longer

might look like pfl increased because the lens distortion seems bigger in the after pic, as well as losing some face width due to fat loss could make eyes look wider in comparison
the different angles in both pics make the comparison of gonial hard but it most likely did not change at all

obviously the pfl stays the same.

But everything else on the face when lean, changes a bit. Making it seem better pfl.

when i lean down again, hope my pfl will also look better again
