peaked at 18.5% bf at 15.5 years old

16 rn and in the 14-15% bf range
the gains are so slow

is it even possible to get to 10% bf at this point???

is it a time consuming process to lose fat?

they say certain fat tissue (linoleic acid stores) takes years to fully go away

fuck, do i really need to be that patient to leanmax? i have a lot of adhd and i want my results FAST

what do u guys have to say on this... how much time does it take to lose fat or how much should i expect

is my metabolism fucked up, should i start carb loading? tips

nigga fucking go on a slight deficit while training
 
i wouldn't drop to a low bodyfat because you need to eat so you can gain height. But if you haven't grown any taller for a few months then you mght not need to focus on eating enough
