Im 15 and skinnyfat (not much muscle and high bf) and trying to lose fat and build muscle, im 178cm and like 67kg and have been trying to aggresive cut for like 2 weeks but im just to much of a fatass to eat like only 1k cals
so im trying to find a new solution id love to pin reta but its too risky for me to store it so im thinking about still eating in a caloric deficit but maybe sometiems like 1,5 6 7k cals but i would just do 1-2 hours of cardio (stepper) a day so i would burn atleast 600 cals or smth
also im going to the gym 5x a week and eating 150g sometimes even 200g protein take basic supps like magnesium, ashwaganda, creatine etc
anyone got tips / recommendations for me and think this will work?
