losing forward growth

So ive been mewing for 2 years and have seen good results (not the best im still recessed from the side) however ive been noticing for the past 8 months ive literally been losing my forward growth, my lower jaw is rotating downwards and my infras are a little worse than before even though i have been mewing everyday way more than ive ever done before but i guess its just a part of life i have to go through

You do know mewing isnt like a thing you do for 5 mins a day, its a thing you do every time you have your mouth closed, its meant to be your default tongue posture

thats what ive been doing for the past 2 years my teeth got better my side profile did but for some reason im just randomly losing it and i dont know why i sleep mew daily too
