I'm going to stop chewing during 3 weeks, is it over and I will lost all my gains or the result of chewing are mostly definitive? :feelstrash:

Do chewing but keep your expectations low. You are not training for mass, you are training for bone which you can achive with resistance training. I will start chewing harder things like rock candy. I suggest you to do so.

Muscle atrophy isn't permanent. It can easily come back 70% faster the second time
