Losing my hair

Need a realistic dosage for hair loss.

My hairline is receding at the front. It’s not the worst since my original starting point, but it is progressively getting worse and faster (since I’ve been keeping track).

What is the best routine for me to restore my hairline back to its original state and stop losing hair, I’ve seen dutasteride or finasteride, alongside minoxidil, both taken orally.

What is the amount I should take, I’m 21 6’3 and about 85kg.

Also how often. I’ve seen somewhere that you should start low with the dosage of fin or dustasteride, because of symptoms.

I’m quite unsure.

Also any concerns I should be aware of, like ED or shedding phase?

Any help will be greatly appreciated,

Just the reccomended daily doages anything above 2.5mg gives more sides and no benefit and 0.5 du is just the regular dosage if its not enough just do more
