Yes, if you want to "fake" hunger, whenever you feel hungry, drink water. If you really wanna lose weight fast, you could resume to a small and healthy breakfast and a little snack in the afternoon. But you gotta cut the sugar intake as well as working out to burn calories. Sleeping 8 hours helps the process because the body digest better when you're asleep.
