was kinda busy yesterday n didnt rlly feel like eating, my appetite is usually low too tbh, is that good or bad? can i increase it? my family is naturally very skinny so perhaps genetic, they dont eat much either, slightly underweight

addition to that, only just played a soccer game.

piss was pre yellow/orange in morning.

thoughts on this?

i consume good amount of electrolytes, sodium, potassium. magnesium.so idk if its water weight?

id estimate i ate around 500 cals yesterday. usually eat 3k.
