One of my latest threads tbh. I just did a bodyfat scan it gave me 14.9 percent. So I have more leaning down to do imo. But I am pretty lean in the face tbh. I went from 85kg to 81kg in 1 week. Most of it is water tbh.

My abs tell me I am around 12bf.but scan gVe me 15 percent. So my BF is between 12 to 15. Imagine what 8bf could. Do to my zygo tapering. Insanity
