Lost 6kg on retatrutide but no face definition

When I used to cut naturally without reta, losing 3 kg made my face get much more defined, but it was very hard in terms of energy and hunger, so I decided to take reta. I’ve been on it for almost 3 weeks and I’ve lost 6 kg from my normal weight, but my face hasn’t become more defined, thoughts?
PD: I'm not a grey.

boneless, maybe if u haven’t lost facial fat then ur not boneless but if u did notice a change in facial fat like loss and u haven’t became more defined ur boneless

The thing is that when i lost weight naturally, loosing less kg than now with reta, my face was more chiseled.
