Didn't you get any morphs by the surgeon before the surgery? Was the surgeon one people here talk often about (Raffaini, Gunson...) or a no-name surgeon? Could you please give some more information, I am sure a lot of people would appreciate it.

Because he is lying or he got CW not knowing what it does. Bimax with CCW literally gives the illusion of a SHORTER Philitrum because the lips are in a better position protruding and not as pushed in.

If anything even normal Bimax should make philtrum look shorter by increasing lower third projection and taking away focus from the philtrum
