Lost my eyebrows bc of tumor treatment please help me

Please read and help me im begging yall

About 1,5 months ago i lost my eyebrows due to sorafenib which is a targeted tumor treatment for my desmoid fibramatosis tumor

I was taking sorafenib for 3 months now and the my latest MRI that was took 4 days ago showed that the tumor shrunk a bit but still not enough
I could give less fucks about a shitty tumor but losing my eyebrows made my life and me misarble
this could sound like a joke to yall like why im i worrying about something like this when i have a tumor but i havent left the house for 2 weeks now i cut off my loving girl because i didnt want her to see me like this
sounds dramatic but one of my stronger features was my arab like dark thick eyebrows If the doctor agrees i will have a brake from the med for about 1-2 months and switch to another
And i want to grow them back as soon as possible cuz i wont go to school like this and they will probably make me take the grade again if i keep this up

This i not engagement bait or anything like that this is a 16 year old boy begging for a solution

i still have bits of eyebrow hairs and my hair+ lashes stayed really thick

0,03% bimatropost (prescribed from doctor) w doc for this btw
5% kirkland minox
0.5mm derma roller
Castrol oil

I just lost about 17kg kg of fat grew from 5’11 to 6’1 and finally felt fully complete and happy for 2-3 months and then this happens and my whole life fell apart

All im asking for is someone to help me
If you dm me thats fine i will be checking it everyday and if your method works for me i will pay you what i can just please help me out

Yes i already did that but 2 of my friends noticed + it just very very noticeable bc lf how thin and hollow my eyebrows are
