I'm completely lost on what to do. Oml I'm willing to do whatever it takes, but the moment I start researching gear or whatever, it feels too overwhelming, and I don't even know where to start. Wanted to see how other people go about this, or could help.

im decently recessed and its been fucking with me, never realized it was to this degree, though its also not horrible. Cant figure out what i truly need.
 
Leanmaxx starting now track calories, hit gym, and go out and socialize. The rest you will figure out by researching

breath through your nose, have very good tongue posture, and later u could consider double jaw

First step learn about diet and basic skin care
Watch a few YouTube videos from a nutritionist / doctor (accutane)
Basically learn all the soft maxes from best of the best

Now we can move on to basic things like learning how to deblote

Next we could learn about basic grooming and losing weight being as lean as possible

After we could learn about colouring example tanning (self tanner) hair colour clothing eyebrows etc. if needed skin bleaching if you're too dark. Colour contacts if it fits you

I'm on my phone and it's hard to spam type without making mistakes like I can barely see what I'm typing as the screen is too small but yea if you need help just ask maybe give me a solution
