Its easy bro, when i was gymcelling i used to eat 5000 kcal daily and would still feel hungry if not eating each 3 hours, now my body is used to 1kcal, i think i could reduce it to 500kcal but i would need a huge amount of sallads.

no one here will reach single digits let alone maintain it unless roiding. In fact I bet that if anyone tries they'll rebound heavily, get set back to their starting weight and waste all that time.
A person will look unhealthy at that point because it is unhealthy

its genetic dependant, a lot of people wont function @ 10%

race is a factor

especially ethnics, they tend to be in harmony at 15-18% for some reason

some blacks have the genetic capacity to go <10% and still be healthy

i agree though, if you ruin your health getting lean you are going to end up in a bad bad way
 
It's true. Also a lot of lifters are morons who underestimate their true bodyfat levels and say they are 7-10% when in reality they are closer to 12-15%.

With regards to looksmaxxing, leanmaxxing past 10% is cope. If you don't look good lean between 10-15% and having bones showing it never began

Agree i'm 30/100 bf and have already good lower third that can be seen + a little bit cheekbones.
And i'll love to be between 10 and 15/100 bf no more no less, never reach that level. Below 10 is suicid.

Low bodyfat doesn't improve jaw unless obese typically. It can reduce cheek fat hich will greatly add to psl

Legit, >9% bf is a looksmin. Gymcels will cope.
 
Hunting had much more to do with stamina than strength ancestrally, low bodyfat was advantageous in improving stamina, hence, it was perceived as attractive, models are always on the lower side, as long as you aren't extremely low which may indicate you struggle to feed yourself sufficiently. Low bodyfat improves your perceived facial features greatly.
