What do you guys think of obviously high protein, lower carbs, and high fat diets still in a deficit

Fats are also a source of energy; they are also the energy source that the body uses in the long term. That's why if you depend on a high-fat diet, you won't have energy spikes and your energy will be sustained throughout the day, carbs are not bad, are just used in a bad way nowadays , also the a high fat diet keeps you debloated
