There does not seem to be a term for a man with low confidence that needs to insult others to feel better about himself.

I think we should call them Boolser, any other word ideas would be great.

Boolser: bully that is actually a loser and needs to insult others or try to feel better about himself and generally also needs some type of external validation.
Bloser could also work as a word for it.
